Terry Baker built Tess7 from a deeply personal place. After a serious medical condition forced him out of his job, he faced the same uncertainty millions of workers know — income gone, bills due, and no safety net when life takes an unexpected turn.
That experience revealed a gap no one should have to face alone: the need for real job security cover when your health or circumstances change. What began as one man's struggle became a mission — to make sure others never walk that path without protection.
