  • Candidates / employees who register, upload resumes, apply for jobs, or manage applications;
  • Employers who post jobs, review applicants, and schedule interviews;
  • Job Shield clients who subscribe to job security or related protection plans;
  • Visitors who browse our website, contact us, or use features without creating an account.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Account information: name, email address, password, account type, company name, package selection, phone number, job title, location, biography, and LinkedIn URL where provided.
  • Employment and application information: resumes, cover letters, certificates, application status, interview details, employer notes, and messages submitted through the platform.
  • Job posting information: job titles, descriptions, compensation details, company website, location, category, and related hiring data submitted by employers.
  • Communications: information you send through contact forms, email, phone, or support requests.
  • Payment-related information: if you purchase a subscription, payment details are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, dates and times of access, and interactions with the Services.
  • Session data: login sessions and authentication cookies necessary to keep you signed in.
  • Log data: server logs used for security, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.

  • send service-related notices, security alerts, and administrative messages;

  • detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We may send marketing communications where permitted by law. You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Between platform users: when you apply for a job, relevant application materials and profile information are shared with the employer posting that job. Employer job postings are visible to candidates browsing the platform.
