How can someone qualify for compensation through TESS7?
A person qualifies if they were wrongfully terminated, lost their job, or were subject to downsizing.
What disqualifies someone from compensation?
Individuals are disqualified if they fail a drug or alcohol test, have repeated tardiness, or display insubordination.
If someone was overpaid, can TESS7 compensate them?
Yes, TESS7 will ensure the money is returned to their account. If there was an underpayment, TESS7 will grant a 10-day grace period (or up to a month) to resolve the issue. If unresolved, the package will be canceled, and the person will need to reapply.
Can anyone withdraw money at any time?
No, withdrawals must follow the established withdrawal terms.
Can someone be terminated from TESS7?
Yes, if they provide false information to obtain benefits, such as claiming paid time off or vacation, they may be suspended or terminated.
Can a person receive sick or vacation time through TESS7?
No, they must submit a signed PDF from their employer, along with a documented excuse, for approval.
If a person loses their job, can TESS7 continue to assist them beyond the six-month period?
Yes, but only if they actively search for a job at least three days a week and follow all TESS7 terms and policies. Failure to do so will end their eligibility.
If someone leaves TESS7, will the price stay the same?
No, if a person leaves, the original rate is no longer locked in, and the payment amount will increase.
Can a person search for jobs on the TESS7 app?
Yes, users can search for both local and remote jobs using the TESS7 platform.
