Tess7 Cancellation Policy
If the person decides to cancel the policy plan and pay by Visa credit card and the payment is recurring on the Visa credit or debit card they will have to call and ask to speak to the Tess7 manager to cancel the policy. So the system won’t continue to charge the credit visa or debit card. And if any money comes out of the employee payroll they have to get in touch with their human resources. And The human resources will contact Tees7 to have them cancel their employee policy. The policy will be closed the same day and if they decide to resign-up on any of Tess7 policies they will have to wait again to be pre-qualified to be compensated after three on Tess7 policy.
Tess7 Payment Policy
If a person pays with a Visa credit or debit card and if they want to put off payment on a different date, call the Tess7 sales department and they will put the payment off on a different date. If they overpaid or too much money comes out of the Visa credit or debit card call the Tess7 sales department & they will fix the issue.
Tess7 Compensate Sick And Vacation Pay
If our client works part-time or full-time or gets paid monthly Tess7 will pay our clients. We will match their pay fully depending on the pay period. If our client were to get sick they would have to notify that employer manager for confirmation. and Tess7 will compensate our clients fully until they return to work. We will stay in touch with the employee-manager if anything changes.
Vacation Policy
When it’s time for our client’s vacation they will have to notify us two weeks in advance & Tess7 will notify the employer manager for that confirmation. And proof from their manager on paper with his or her signature for Tess7 record.
Tess7 Up-Grade Plans
If our clients want to upgrade the policy they will have to call the Tess7 sales department and they will upgrade their plan. They will see the different amounts of change that come out of Visa credit or debit cards the next following week. The person that works for a company has to let their H.R know they want to upgrade Their Tess7 Payment plan. The H.R will get in touch with the sales team to upgrade their plan For The employee’s behalf. and the policy will be upgraded the next following week. If the clients upgrade before or after three months they won’t lose any money. The money will be converted over to the upgrade policy and they will get compensated the same way.
Tess7 Termination Policy
If a person on the basic policy or Elite policy and if they get termination, Job Downsize, or Lay off, Tess7 will compensate them for up to three months but the Elite policy for up to six months or if our clients get wrongful termination Tess7 will provide our clients with an attorney. If the client wins the court case Tess7 will receive 5% of the settlement. The person will have to have proof of their termination. They will have to send the PDF Photo ID and Tess7 will contact the employer to investigate the reason for the termination, to see if they are qualified for compensation. When Tess7 Compensates our clients the policy money will be deducted every week or bi-weekly to compensate our clients. Tess7 will not compensate if our clients No Call No Show on the job, are insubordination, Drinking, Doing Drugs On The Job, or Refuse to take a Drug Or Alcohol Test At Work. Our Clients will have to follow our protocol to be compensated. Tess7 will have a solution specialist assigned to our clients. Our clients will have to go online and fill out a job application 3 days a week and show proof. They will have to keep in touch with their assigned solution specialist. Failure to cooperate that person will be disqualified for compensation.
